Five distributors signed during H1 2010
Bioprocess Control has signed Distributor Agreements with five companies during the first half of 2010. These distributors are located in Finland, France, Italy/Spain, Poland, and the Midwest US. These agreements cover the sale of Bioprocess Controls’ AMPTS technology, as well as other laboratory products to be launched in the near future. This development falls in line with our strategy to set up a global distribution network, and supports the claim that the products offered by Bioprocess Control have global appeal. We look forward to signing on additional partners in the months to come.

Successful launch of Chinese demonstration project
Bioprocess Control co-organized a Sino-Swedish biogas workshop in Beijing in June. This workshop was the official kickoff event of the Tillväxtverket funded DemoMiljö project in China, where Bioprocess Control will install the first Biogas Optimizer application on the Chinese mainland. The workshop included a range of speakers from top tier universities, research organizations, government authorities and private industries in China with an interest and focus on biogas.

Bioprocess Control was selected as a winner of the 2010 Red Herring 100 Europe awards in Paris. The company was chosen among several hundred applicants and 200 finalists. Agreement signed with UK partner
Bioprocess Control has signed a partner agreement with Biogas Optimisation UK Ltd. based in Southport, United Kingdom. This agreement is in line with Bioprocess Controls strategy to increase its market presence in key markets around the world. The UK biogas market is a rising star and will experience significant growth in the coming years. Our partnership with Biogas Optimisation UK Ltd. will allow the UK market to get access to the full range of products and services offered by Bioprocess Control, and ensure a high level of customer support.

Selected as top technology company for second year
Bioprocess Control was selected as one of the 33 top young technology companies in Sweden for the second year in a row. This prize is given out by the leading Swedish-based technology and business journals NyTeknik and Affärsvälden. Being selected amongst a group of elite young companies is an honour and will certainly be leveraged as the company ramps up its expansion activities.
